Personality[edit]
Spott identifies himself as "the informant of Paedd valley". He trades information for information, food, and favors. He is fairly mysterious and sarcastic, seeming to have his own agenda. He does not always answer truthfully during trades, though it is unclear if he is outright lying or just bending the truth.
According to Dotsu, Spott is not a model of poluk-hybrid designed to gather information, and implies he is instead meant to provide basic care.

Chondria Abilities[edit]
Spott is a Whisperer, using his ability to converse despite being unable to physically speak[1] . He does not seem to be able to read the minds of others, only projecting his own words. Spott is also able to act as a translator for those around him, allowing them to understand eachother despite language barriers[2]. It is unclear if this is realted to his chondria or a function of being a Poluk Hybrid.
